An unexpected snow

It rarely snows in the Puget Sound, at least close to sea level.  True, if you head an hour north (Cascades National Park), Southeast (Rainier National Park), or West (Olympic National Park), you'll see more snow than you can imagine. But here in the Emerald City and environs, snow is a rare site indeed.  This is what we woke up to here on Harper's Hill. _D8S8441
